Additional units have recently changed hands close by:

• On 71st Street, Miami Beach, in December 2022, a 478-square-foot unit was sold for $127,300, a price per square foot of $266.
• A 2,133-square-foot unit on 6901 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach sold in February 2022 for $4,100,000, a price per square foot of $1,922.
• In October 2021, a 1,022-square-foot unit at Normandy Drive in Miami Beach sold for $205,000, a price per square foot of $201.
