The 3,879-square-foot property was sold on March 13, 2022 for $4,100,000, or $1,057 per square foot. The property features five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a garage. The unit sits on a 0.3 acres lot.

Additional houses have recently changed hands close by:

• In December 2022, a 2,409-square-foot home at South Greenway Drive in Coral Gables sold for $2,475,000, a price per square foot of $1,027.
• A 2,814-square-foot home on 1250 Asturia Avenue in Coral Gables sold in August 2021 for $1,299,000, a price per square foot of $462.
• On Asturia Avenue, Coral Gables, in September 2021, a 1,757-square-foot home was sold for $1,350,000, a price per square foot of $768.
