Coral Gables, Florida house sells for $3.9 million

The $3,894,500 purchase price works out to $1,055 per square foot. The property features five bedrooms and six baths, as well as a pool in the backyard. The unit sits on a 10,000 sqft lot.

• On Palancia Avenue, Coral Gables, in August 2021, a 2,168-square-foot home was sold for $1,273,500, a price per square foot of $587.
• A 2,772-square-foot home on 1509 Palancia Avenue in Coral Gables sold in October 2021 for $1,605,000, a price per square foot of $579.
• In July 2021, a 2,027-square-foot home at Dorado Avenue in Coral Gables sold for $1,410,000, a price per square foot of $696.
