A 3,110-square-foot condominium built in 2019 has changed hands. The spacious new property located in the 4700 block of North Meridian Avenue in Miami Beach was sold on February 22, 2022 for $3,200,000, or $1,029 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and four baths.

- On Pine Tree Drive, Miami Beach, in February 2022, a 875-square-foot unit was sold for $325,000, a price per square foot of $371.
- A 875-square-foot unit on 4780 Pine Tree Drive in Miami Beach sold in October 2021 for $310,000, a price per square foot of $354.
- In July 2021, a 840-square-foot unit at Pine Tree Drive in Miami Beach sold for $172,000, a price per square foot of $205.
