• On South Pointe Drive, Miami Beach, in January 2022, a 1,732-square-foot unit was sold for $2,425,000, a price per square foot of $1,400.
• In December 2022, a 1,381-square-foot unit at South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach sold for $2,100,000, a price per square foot of $1,521.
