Aventura, Florida house sells for $8.7 million

A spacious house built in 2005 located in the 4000 block of Island Estates Drive in Aventura has new owners. The 5,848-square-foot property was sold on March 13, 2022 for $8,650,000, or $1,479 per square foot. The property features five bedrooms, eight baths, and a garage. The backyard also has a pool. The unit sits on a 0.3 acres lot.

Additional houses have recently been purchased close by:

• A 4,803-square-foot home on 3911 Island Estates Drive in Aventura sold in September 2021 for $6,200,000, a price per square foot of $1,291.
• In August 2021, a 7,202-square-foot home at Island Boulevard in Aventura sold for $3,102,000, a price per square foot of $431.
• On Northeast 171st Street, Aventura, in February 2022, a 5,278-square-foot home was sold for $5,550,000, a price per square foot of $1,052.
