The 3,141-square-foot property was sold on March 9, 2022 for $2,750,000, or $876 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms, two baths, and a garage. There's also a pool in the backyard. The unit sits on a 7,700 sqft lot.

Additional houses have recently changed hands close by:

• In November 2021, a 4,004-square-foot home at Pine Tree Drive in Miami Beach sold for $5,300,000, a price per square foot of $1,324.
• On Pine Tree Drive, Miami Beach, in August 2021, a 2,715-square-foot home was sold for $2,600,000, a price per square foot of $958.
• A 2,206-square-foot home on 5413 Lagorce Drive in Miami Beach sold in July 2021 for $1,575,000, a price per square foot of $714.
