Sunny Isles Beach, Florida condominium sells for $3.2 million

A spacious new condominium built in 2020 located in the 300 block of Sunny Isles Boulevard in Sunny Isles Beach has new owners. The 3,084-square-foot property was sold on March 1, 2022 for $3,200,000, or $1,038 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Additional units have recently been purchased close by:

• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in February 2022, a 1,566-square-foot unit was sold for $850,000, a price per square foot of $543.
• In October 2021, a 2,340-square-foot unit at Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $1,200,000, a price per square foot of $513.
• A 2,340-square-foot unit on 16500 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in November 2021 for $1,199,000, a price per square foot of $512.
