Coral Gables, Florida condominium sells for $1.8 million

A 2,112-square-foot condominium built in 2019 has changed hands. The spacious new property located in the 300 block of Altara Avenue in Coral Gables was sold on March 6, 2022 for $1,800,000, or $852 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and four baths.

Additional units have recently been sold nearby:

• A 1,125-square-foot unit on 4100 Salzedo Street in Coral Gables sold in January 2022 for $603,000, a price per square foot of $536.
• In January 2022, a 970-square-foot unit at Salzedo Street in Coral Gables sold for $395,000, a price per square foot of $407.
• On Salzedo Street, Coral Gables, in October 2021, a 1,125-square-foot unit was sold for $16,600, a price per square foot of $15.
