Additional units have recently been purchased close by:

• A 908-square-foot unit on 35 Edgewater Drive in Coral Gables sold in July 2021 for $310,000, a price per square foot of $341.
• On Edgewater Drive, Coral Gables, in October 2021, a 616-square-foot unit was sold for $225,000, a price per square foot of $365.
• In December 2022, a 834-square-foot unit at Edgewater Drive in Coral Gables sold for $270,000, a price per square foot of $324.
