A 2,137-square-foot condominium built in 2020 has changed hands. The spacious new property located in the 15700 block of Collins Avenue in North Miami Beach was sold on March 10, 2022. The $4,975,000 purchase price works out to $2,328 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and four baths.

Additional units have recently changed hands close by:

• In July 2021, a 2,327-square-foot unit at Collins Avenue in North Miami Beach sold for $1,560,000, a price per square foot of $670.
• A 2,327-square-foot unit on 15901 Collins Avenue in North Miami Beach sold in January 2022 for $1,980,000, a price per square foot of $851.
• On Collins Avenue, North Miami Beach, in November 2021, a 2,106-square-foot unit was sold for $1,280,000, a price per square foot of $608.
