Coral Gables, Florida condominium sells for $1.7 million

These nearby units have also recently been sold:

• A 1,125-square-foot unit on 4100 Salzedo Street in Coral Gables sold in January 2022 for $603,000, a price per square foot of $536.
• On Salzedo Street, Coral Gables, in January 2022, a 970-square-foot unit was sold for $395,000, a price per square foot of $407.
• In October 2021, a 1,125-square-foot unit at Salzedo Street in Coral Gables sold for $16,600, a price per square foot of $15.
