Miami Beach, Florida condominium sells for $3.5 million

A condominium built in 1988 located in the 2000 block of Fisher Island Drive in Miami Beach has a new owner. The 1,912-square-foot property was sold on February 27, 2022. The $3,500,000 purchase price works out to $1,831 per square foot. The property features two bedrooms and three baths.

Additional units have recently been purchased close by:

• On Fisher Island Drive, Miami Beach, in January 2022, a 1,912-square-foot unit was sold for $620,000, a price per square foot of $324.
• In October 2021, a 2,744-square-foot unit at Fisher Island Drive in Miami Beach sold for $2,765,000, a price per square foot of $1,008.
• A 2,858-square-foot unit on 2436 Fisher Island Drive in Miami Beach sold in September 2021 for $2,975,000, a price per square foot of $1,041.
