Brickell-area, Florida condominium sells for $3 million

A 674-square-foot condominium built in 2015 has changed hands. The recent property located in the 900 block of Southwest First Avenue in Brickell-area was sold on February 22, 2022 for $2,991,666, or $4,439 per square foot. The property features one bedroom and one bathroom.

Additional units have recently changed hands close by:

• In September 2021, a 766-square-foot unit at Southwest First Street in Brickell-area sold for $165,000, a price per square foot of $215.
• On Southwest First Street, Brickell-area, in July 2021, a 708-square-foot unit was sold for $137,000, a price per square foot of $194.
• A 708-square-foot unit on 1051 Southwest First Street in Brickell-area sold in December 2022 for $135,000, a price per square foot of $191.
