Pinecrest, Florida house sells for $2.8 million

The 4,128-square-foot property was sold on February 23, 2022 for $2,750,000, or $666 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It sits on a 36,155 square-foot lot, which also has a pool.

• In September 2021, a 3,787-square-foot home at Southwest 135th Terrace in Pinecrest sold for $1,430,000, a price per square foot of $378.
• A 6,508-square-foot home on 5970 Southwest 135th Terrace in Pinecrest sold in October 2021 for $4,275,000, a price per square foot of $657.
• On Chapman Field Drive, Pinecrest, in September 2021, a 5,737-square-foot home was sold for $3,125,000, a price per square foot of $545.
