Miami Beach, Florida condominium sells for $5.1 million

A spacious condominium built in 2002 located in the 5800 block of Collins Avenue in Miami Beach has new owners. The 4,599-square-foot property was sold on February 14, 2022 for $5,100,000, or $1,109 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Additional units have recently been purchased close by:

• In October 2021, a 1,410-square-foot unit at Collins Avenue in Miami Beach sold for $735,000, a price per square foot of $521.
• On Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, in December 2022, a 1,360-square-foot unit was sold for $560,000, a price per square foot of $412.
• A 1,980-square-foot unit on 5757 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach sold in August 2021 for $1,300,000, a price per square foot of $657.
