Miami Beach, Florida condominium sells for $21.3 million

A spacious new condominium built in 2019 located in the 6800 block of Fisher Island Drive in Miami Beach has a new owner. The 4,285-square-foot property was sold on February 21, 2022 for $21,250,000, or $4,959 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and five baths.

These nearby units have also recently changed hands:

• On Fisher Island Drive, Miami Beach, in September 2021, a 2,858-square-foot unit was sold for $2,975,000, a price per square foot of $1,041.
• In October 2021, a 2,744-square-foot unit at Fisher Island Drive in Miami Beach sold for $2,765,000, a price per square foot of $1,008.
• A 1,912-square-foot unit on 2414 Fisher Island Drive in Miami Beach sold in January 2022 for $620,000, a price per square foot of $324.
