Sunny Isles Beach, Florida condominium sells for $2.9 million

A 2,485-square-foot condominium built in 2009 has changed hands. The spacious property located in the 17100 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach was sold on February 17, 2022. The $2,870,000 purchase price works out to $1,155 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Additional units have recently changed hands close by:

• A 1,886-square-foot unit on 17201 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in August 2021 for $1,050,000, a price per square foot of $557.
• In July 2021, a 1,396-square-foot unit at Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $920,000, a price per square foot of $659.
• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in January 2020, a 1,396-square-foot unit was sold for $720,000, a price per square foot of $516.
