A 7,660-square-foot condominium built in 1996 has changed hands. The spacious property located in the first block of Edgewater Drive in Coral Gables was sold on February 14, 2022. The $4,850,000 purchase price works out to $633 per square foot. The property features six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.

Additional units have recently been sold nearby:

• On Edgewater Drive, Coral Gables, in October 2021, a 616-square-foot unit was sold for $225,000, a price per square foot of $365.
• A 908-square-foot unit on 35 Edgewater Drive in Coral Gables sold in July 2021 for $310,000, a price per square foot of $341.
• In January 2022, a 617-square-foot unit at Edgewater Drive in Coral Gables sold for $240,100, a price per square foot of $389.
