Coral Gables, Florida house sells for $3.5 million

The 3,355-square-foot property was sold on February 9, 2022 for $3,450,000, or $1,028 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a garage. There's also a pool in the backyard. The unit sits on a 12,000 square-foot lot.

Additional houses have recently changed hands close by:

• On Alhambra Circle, Coral Gables, in August 2021, a 2,379-square-foot home was sold for $1,650,000, a price per square foot of $694.
• In September 2021, a 2,514-square-foot home at Alhambra Circle in Coral Gables sold for $1,430,000, a price per square foot of $569.
• A 2,175-square-foot home on 1423 Alhambra Circle in Coral Gables sold in August 2021 for $1,130,000, a price per square foot of $520.
