Sunny Isles Beach, Florida condominium sells for $5 million

A seller has sold a 3,735-square-foot spacious condominium built in 2007 located in the 16000 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach. The deed was signed on February 15, 2022. The purchase price was $5,000,000, or $1,339 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

These nearby units have also recently been purchased:

• A 2,265-square-foot unit on 211 Poinciana Drive in Sunny Isles Beach sold in May 2021 for $670,000, a price per square foot of $296.
• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in November 2021, a 883-square-foot unit was sold for $475,000, a price per square foot of $538.
• In August 2021, a 1,342-square-foot unit at Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $765,000, a price per square foot of $570.
