Miami Beach, Florida condominium sells for $3.7 million

A 4,599-square-foot condominium built in 2002 has changed hands. The spacious property located in the 5800 block of Collins Avenue in Miami Beach was sold on February 2, 2022 for $3,715,000, or $808 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and five bathrooms.

These nearby units have also recently been purchased:

• On Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, in July 2021, a 1,980-square-foot unit was sold for $1,300,000, a price per square foot of $657.
• In September 2021, a 1,360-square-foot unit at Collins Avenue in Miami Beach sold for $1,000,000, a price per square foot of $735.
• A 1,510-square-foot unit on 5757 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach sold in November 2021 for $700,000, a price per square foot of $464.
