Sunny Isles Beach, Florida condominium sells for $3.5 million

A 2,682-square-foot condominium built in 2019 has changed hands. The spacious new property located in the 18900 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach was sold on January 27, 2022. The $3,511,400 purchase price works out to $1,309 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and five baths.

Additional units have recently been purchased close by:

• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in October 2021, a 1,900-square-foot unit was sold for $1,200,000, a price per square foot of $632.
• A 2,665-square-foot unit on 19111 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in October 2021 for $2,200,000, a price per square foot of $826.
• In November 2021, a 2,150-square-foot unit at Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $1,450,000, a price per square foot of $674.
