Sunny Isles Beach, Florida condominium sells for $3.6 million

A spacious new condominium built in 2019 located in the 18900 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach has a new owner. The 2,682-square-foot property was sold on February 10, 2022 for $3,625,000, or $1,352 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and five baths.

These nearby units have also recently been purchased:

• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in November 2021, a 1,900-square-foot unit was sold for $1,250,000, a price per square foot of $658.
• In October 2021, a 2,665-square-foot unit at Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $2,100,000, a price per square foot of $788.
• A 2,150-square-foot unit on 19111 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in October 2021 for $1,550,000, a price per square foot of $721.
