Sunny Isles Beach, Florida condominium sells for $4 million

A 2,468-square-foot condominium built in 2019 has changed hands. The spacious new property located in the 18900 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach was sold on February 3, 2022. The $4,000,000 purchase price works out to $1,621 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and six baths.

These nearby units have also recently been sold:

• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in December 2022, a 1,800-square-foot unit was sold for $1,115,000, a price per square foot of $619.
• A 2,665-square-foot unit on 19111 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in October 2021 for $2,200,000, a price per square foot of $826.
• In November 2021, a 2,150-square-foot unit at Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $1,450,000, a price per square foot of $674.
