Additional units have recently been purchased close by:

• A 1,980-square-foot unit on 5757 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach sold in December 2022 for $674,000, a price per square foot of $340.
• On Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, in December 2022, a 1,360-square-foot unit was sold for $560,000, a price per square foot of $412.
• In November 2021, a 1,310-square-foot unit at Collins Avenue in Miami Beach sold for $615,000, a price per square foot of $469.
