A 2,688-square-foot condominium built in 2020 has changed hands. The spacious new property located in the 15700 block of Collins Avenue in North Miami Beach was sold on February 6, 2022 for $4,450,000, or $1,656 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Additional units have recently changed hands nearby:

• In November 2021, a 1,979-square-foot unit at Collins Avenue in North Miami Beach sold for $1,370,000, a price per square foot of $692.
• A 1,435-square-foot unit on 15901 Collins Avenue in North Miami Beach sold in July 2021 for $860,000, a price per square foot of $599.
• On Collins Avenue, North Miami Beach, in July 2021, a 2,327-square-foot unit was sold for $1,450,000, a price per square foot of $623.
