Miami Beach, Florida condominium sells for $11.7 million

On January 26, 2022, a seller has sold a spacious property built in 2008 located in the first block of South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach. It went for $11,700,000, or $4,030 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and four baths.

• On South Pointe Drive, Miami Beach, in December 2022, a 1,165-square-foot unit was sold for $1,300,000, a price per square foot of $1,116.
• A 1,042-square-foot unit on 400 South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach sold in November 2021 for $1,300,000, a price per square foot of $1,248.
• In December 2022, a 1,042-square-foot unit at South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach sold for $1,300,000, a price per square foot of $1,248.
