Additional units have recently been sold close by:

• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in October 2021, a 1,900-square-foot unit was sold for $1,200,000, a price per square foot of $632.
• A 2,150-square-foot unit on 19111 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in November 2021 for $1,450,000, a price per square foot of $674.
• In November 2021, a 1,900-square-foot unit at Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $1,250,000, a price per square foot of $658.
