Sunny Isles Beach, Florida condominium sells for $3.2 million

A 3,877-square-foot condominium built in 2020 has changed hands. The spacious new property located in the 300 block of Sunny Isles Boulevard in Sunny Isles Beach was sold on December 29, 2021 for $3,150,000, or $812 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and five baths.

Additional units have recently been sold close by:

• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in October 2021, a 2,340-square-foot unit was sold for $1,200,000, a price per square foot of $513.
• In November 2021, a 2,340-square-foot unit at Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $1,199,000, a price per square foot of $512.
• A 1,461-square-foot unit on 200 Sunny Isles Boulevard in Sunny Isles Beach sold in December 2022 for $710,000, a price per square foot of $486.
