The $7,300,000 purchase price works out to $1,237 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and eight bathrooms.

• In November 2021, a 1,680-square-foot unit at Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $1,350,000, a price per square foot of $804.
• A 2,210-square-foot unit on 18671 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in December 2022 for $16,166,666, a price per square foot of $7,315.
• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in June 2021, a 2,210-square-foot unit was sold for $1,520,000, a price per square foot of $688.
