Miami Beach, Florida condominium sells for $40 million

The $40,000,000 purchase price works out to $3,859 per square foot. The property features seven bedrooms and 10 baths.

• On Fisher Island Drive, Miami Beach, in October 2021, a 2,744-square-foot unit was sold for $3,780,000, a price per square foot of $1,378.
