Additional units have recently been sold close by:

• On Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, in November 2021, a 2,049-square-foot unit was sold for $1,050,000, a price per square foot of $512.
• In May 2021, a 1,700-square-foot unit at Collins Avenue in Miami Beach sold for $590,000, a price per square foot of $347.
• A 1,700-square-foot unit on 6000 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach sold in October 2021 for $650,000, a price per square foot of $382.
