Coral Gables, Florida house sells for $2.5 million

A 2,409-square-foot house built in 1923 has changed hands. The spacious historic property located in the 1200 block of South Greenway Drive in Coral Gables was sold on January 10, 2022 for $2,475,000, or $1,027 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and one bathroom. It sits on a 12,500 square-foot lot, which also has a pool.

Additional houses have recently changed hands nearby:

• In August 2021, a 2,814-square-foot home at Asturia Avenue in Coral Gables sold for $1,299,000, a price per square foot of $462.
• On South Greenway Drive, Coral Gables, in October 2021, a 2,786-square-foot home was sold for $1,575,000, a price per square foot of $565.
• A 2,379-square-foot home on 2003 Alhambra Circle in Coral Gables sold in August 2021 for $1,650,000, a price per square foot of $694.
