The $2,000,000 purchase price works out to $529 per square foot. The property features five bedrooms and five bathrooms. It sits on a 14,321 square-foot lot, which also has a pool.

Additional houses have recently been purchased close by:

• In November 2021, a 2,249-square-foot home at Samana Drive in Miami sold for $1,500,000, a price per square foot of $667.
• A 985-square-foot home on 1201 Southwest 23rd Street in Miami sold in June 2021 for $370,000, a price per square foot of $376.
• On Bay Heights Drive, Miami, in October 2021, a 2,482-square-foot home was sold for $4,150,000, a price per square foot of $1,672.
