The unit sits on a 50,965 square-foot lot.

• A 4,157-square-foot home on 6150 Southwest 92nd Street in Pinecrest sold in October 2021 for $2,575,000, a price per square foot of $619.
• On Southwest 57th Place, Pinecrest, in August 2021, a 4,668-square-foot home was sold for $2,750,000, a price per square foot of $589.
• In August 2021, a 5,091-square-foot home at Southwest 104th Street in Pinecrest sold for $3,050,000, a price per square foot of $599.
