Miami Beach, Florida condominium sells for $12 million

A 4,068-square-foot condominium built in 2009 has changed hands. The spacious property located in the 100 block of Ocean Drive in Miami Beach was sold on December 20, 2021 for $12,000,000, or $2,950 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Additional units have recently been sold nearby:

• On Ocean Drive, Miami Beach, in August 2021, a 3,389-square-foot unit was sold for $7,200,000, a price per square foot of $2,125.
• In October 2021, a 600-square-foot unit at Collins Avenue in Miami Beach sold for $263,000, a price per square foot of $438.
• A 781-square-foot unit on 61 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach sold in November 2021 for $340,000, a price per square foot of $435.
