A building built in 1938 located in the 1900 block of Bay Drive in Miami Beach gets a new owner. The 9,205-square-foot property was sold on January 12, 2022 for $6,800,000, or $739 per square foot. The property features 10 bedrooms and 12 baths. The unit sits on a 21,790 square-foot lot.

These nearby houses have also recently changed hands:

• In August 2021, a 7,722-square-foot home at Biarritz Drive in Miami Beach sold for $1,300,000, a price per square foot of $168.
• On Bay Drive, Miami Beach, in November 2021, a 2,370-square-foot home was sold for $505,000, a price per square foot of $213.
• A 3,673-square-foot home on 1795 Normandy Drive in Miami Beach sold in November 2021 for $2,173,100, a price per square foot of $592.
