Miami Beach, Florida condominium sells for $11.9 million

A spacious condominium built in 2003 located in the 100 block of South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach has a new owner. The 4,661-square-foot property was sold on December 9, 2021. The $11,900,000 purchase price works out to $2,553 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and six baths.

Additional units have recently been purchased close by:

• A 2,901-square-foot unit on 50 South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach sold in October 2021 for $12,900,000, a price per square foot of $4,447.
• In September 2021, a 1,606-square-foot unit at South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach sold for $2,900,000, a price per square foot of $1,806.
• On South Pointe Drive, Miami Beach, in August 2021, a 2,478-square-foot unit was sold for $5,500,000, a price per square foot of $2,220.
