Miami Beach, Florida condominium sells for $4.4 million
A 2,896-square-foot condominium built in 2019 has changed hands. The spacious new property located in the 4700 block of North Meridian Avenue in Miami Beach was sold on January 5, 2022 for $4,400,000, or $1,519 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and four baths.
Additional units have recently changed hands close by:
- On Pine Tree Drive, Miami Beach, in October 2021, a 875-square-foot unit was sold for $310,000, a price per square foot of $354.
- A 840-square-foot unit on 4800 Pine Tree Drive in Miami Beach sold in July 2021 for $172,000, a price per square foot of $205.
- In October 2021, a 603-square-foot unit at Pine Tree Drive in Miami Beach sold for $300,000, a price per square foot of $498.
