Hialeah-area, Florida house sells for $2.3 million

A historic house built in 1927 located in the 400 block of Eighth Street in Hialeah-area has a new owner. The 1,029-square-foot property was sold on December 29, 2021 for $2,300,000, or $2,235 per square foot. The property features one bedroom and one bathroom. It sits on a 9,360 square-foot lot.

Additional houses have recently been sold close by:

• On East 10th Street, Hialeah-area, in July 2021, a 1,956-square-foot home was sold for $420,000, a price per square foot of $215.
• In June 2021, a 1,407-square-foot home at East 11th Street in Hialeah-area sold for $350,000, a price per square foot of $249.
• A 1,010-square-foot home on 660 East Seventh Street in Hialeah-area sold in October 2021 for $385,000, a price per square foot of $381.
