Sunny Isles Beach, Florida condominium sells for $5.4 million

A 3,252-square-foot condominium built in 2020 has changed hands. The spacious new property located in the 18500 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach was sold on December 1, 2021 for $5,362,500, or $1,649 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and six baths.

Additional units have recently been sold close by:

• In July 2021, a 1,495-square-foot unit at Island Boulevard in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $1,165,000, a price per square foot of $779.
• On Island Boulevard, Sunny Isles Beach, in September 2021, a 2,130-square-foot unit was sold for $793,000, a price per square foot of $372.
• A 2,120-square-foot unit on 4000 Island Boulevard in Sunny Isles Beach sold in July 2021 for $750,000, a price per square foot of $354.
