Miami Beach, Florida condominium sells for $7.8 million

A 3,581-square-foot condominium built in 2016 has changed hands. The spacious and recent property located in the 7000 block of Fisher Island Drive in Miami Beach was sold on December 19, 2021. The $7,800,000 purchase price works out to $2,178 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and four baths.

• On Fisher Island Drive, Miami Beach, in October 2021, a 3,690-square-foot unit was sold for $5,275,000, a price per square foot of $1,430.
• A 7,025-square-foot unit on 7102 Fisher Island Drive in Miami Beach sold in September 2021 for $14,000,000, a price per square foot of $1,993.
• In November 2021, a 3,692-square-foot unit at Fisher Island Drive in Miami Beach sold for $7,500,000, a price per square foot of $2,031.
