The 2,534-square-foot property was sold on December 20, 2021 for $2,425,000, or $957 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and two baths. There's also a pool in the backyard. The unit sits on a 21,750 square-foot lot.

These nearby houses have also recently changed hands:

• A 5,255-square-foot home on 7855 Southwest 129th Terrace in Pinecrest sold in September 2021 for $4,075,000, a price per square foot of $775.
• In November 2021, a 3,248-square-foot home at Southwest 134th Street in Pinecrest sold for $1,595,000, a price per square foot of $491.
• On Southwest 131st Street, Pinecrest, in June 2021, a 1,886-square-foot home was sold for $865,500, a price per square foot of $459.
