The property features six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. There's also a pool in the backyard. The unit sits on a 26,565 square-foot lot.

These nearby houses have also recently changed hands:

• In August 2021, a 1,596-square-foot home at San Vicente Street in Coral Gables sold for $1,250,000, a price per square foot of $783.
• On Tordera Street, Coral Gables, in October 2021, a 3,354-square-foot home was sold for $2,470,000, a price per square foot of $736.
• A 2,782-square-foot home on 6411 Riviera Drive in Coral Gables sold in November 2021 for $2,400,000, a price per square foot of $863.
