A spacious and recent condominium built in 2018 located in the 2800 block of South Bayshore Drive in Miami has new owners. The 2,532-square-foot property was sold on November 28, 2021 for $3,299,000, or $1,303 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and four bathrooms.

These nearby units have also recently changed hands:

• On South Bayshore Drive, Miami, in July 2021, a 1,172-square-foot unit was sold for $700,000, a price per square foot of $597.
• In September 2021, a 1,172-square-foot unit at South Bayshore Drive in Miami sold for $1,800,000, a price per square foot of $1,536.
• A 1,587-square-foot unit on 2901 South Bayshore Drive in Miami sold in September 2021 for $1,800,000, a price per square foot of $1,134.
