• In August 2021, a 1,728-square-foot unit at South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach sold for $2,000,000, a price per square foot of $1,157.
• On South Pointe Drive, Miami Beach, in July 2021, a 2,140-square-foot unit was sold for $3,300,000, a price per square foot of $1,542.
