• In August 2021, a 1,728-square-foot unit at South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach sold for $2,000,000, a price per square foot of $1,157.
• A 1,381-square-foot unit on 801 South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach sold in October 2021 for $1,850,000, a price per square foot of $1,340.
