A 2,744-square-foot condominium built in 1989 has changed hands. The roomy property located in the 4600 block of Fisher Island Drive in Miami Beach was sold on November 22, 2021. The $3,780,000 purchase price works out to $1,378 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and four bathrooms.

• A 2,858-square-foot unit on 2436 Fisher Island Drive in Miami Beach sold in September 2021 for $2,975,000, a price per square foot of $1,041.
• On Fisher Island Drive, Miami Beach, in October 2021, a 2,744-square-foot unit was sold for $2,765,000, a price per square foot of $1,008.
• In July 2021, a 3,620-square-foot unit at Fisher Island Drive in Miami Beach sold for $7,500,000, a price per square foot of $2,072.
