Coral Gables, Florida house sells for $5.6 million

A spacious house built in 1984 located in the 6900 block of Mira Flores Avenue in Coral Gables has a new owner. The 7,294-square-foot property was sold on November 28, 2021 for $5,600,000, or $768 per square foot. The property features six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, as well as a pool in the backyard. The unit sits on a 16,036 square-foot lot.

Additional houses have recently been sold close by:

• On Isla Dorada Boulevard, Coral Gables, in September 2021, a 5,396-square-foot home was sold for $3,200,000, a price per square foot of $593.
• A 4,049-square-foot home on 134 Rosales Court in Coral Gables sold in September 2021 for $3,900,000, a price per square foot of $963.
• In August 2021, a 924-square-foot home at Prado Boulevard in Coral Gables sold for $500,000, a price per square foot of $541.
